Welcome to Neural Pulse. By downloading, accessing, or using the Neural Pulse iOS / iPadOS application or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Critical Medical Disclaimer & Safe Listening Precautions

IMPORTANT WARNING: Neural Pulse is designed solely for relaxation, focus enhancement, and meditative practice. It is NOT a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any sleep disorder, depression, ADHD, anxiety disorder, or mental health condition.

• Driving & Heavy Machinery: NEVER listen to binaural beats, sleep frequencies, or relaxing soundscapes while driving a motor vehicle, operating dangerous machinery, or engaging in any activity requiring vigilant situational awareness.
• Epilepsy & Seizure History: Acoustic brainwave stimulation can alter electrical neural rhythms. Individuals with epilepsy, a history of seizures, or cardiac pacemakers should consult a qualified physician before using acoustic brainwave entrainment.
• Safe Volume Levels: To prevent permanent hearing damage, listen at comfortable, moderate volume levels (carrier volume should remain subtle and pleasant).

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Billing

Neural Pulse offers optional premium subscriptions (Neural Pulse Pro) unlocking Spatial 3D Audio, AI Session Coach, and Cloud Preset Sync:

• Billing: Subscriptions are charged directly to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the specified rate unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
• Account Charges: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone/iPad Settings > [Apple ID] > Subscriptions.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription, where applicable.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, mathematical synthesizer algorithms, original ambient sound recordings, graphic interfaces, trademarks, and logos associated with Neural Pulse are the sole intellectual property of Sonic Sanctuary Labs. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on authorized Apple devices.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract audio synthesis assets from the application for redistribution, commercial resale, or unauthorized broadcasting.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Sonic Sanctuary Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
